ST6, Ltd. (“Dramler”, “we” and “us”) built the Dramler app as a Free app. This SERVICE is
provided by ST6 LTD at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform
Dramler users (“you”) regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal
Information if anyone decided to use our Service. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy
carefully when using our application. By using our application, you are accepting the practices
described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect about you
Information You Give Us.
In order to register as a user with Dramler, you will be asked to sign in using your Facebook
login. If you do so, you authorize us to access certain Facebook account information, such as
your public Facebook profile (consistent with your privacy settings in Facebook), your email
address and friend list. In addition, we may collect and store any personal information you
provide while using our Service or in some other manner. This may include identifying
information, such as your name, email address and profile picture.
Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data. We collect information about your interactions with our Service, such as
the pages or other content you view, your searches for Spirits, Drams you have shared,
comments you posted and other actions on the Dramler app.
Log Data. We automatically collect log information when you use our Service. That
information includes, among other things: details about how you’ve used the Dramler
app (including links to third party applications), IP address, access times, hardware and
software information, device information, device event information (e.g., crashes,
browser type), and the page you’ve viewed or engaged with before or after using the
Dramler app.
Cookies and use of cookie and similar data. When you visit our Service, we may assign
your device one or more cookies or other technologies that facilitate personalization to
facilitate access to our Service and to personalize your experience. Through the use of
a cookie, we also may automatically collect information about your activity on our
Service, such as the pages you visit, the time and date of your visits, the links and
buttons you click.
2. How we use the information we collect
We use, store, and process information about you to provide, understand, improve, and develop
the Dramler app, and to create and maintain a trusted and safer environment.

In all circumstances, we may perform these functions directly or use a third party vendor to
perform these functions on our behalf who will be obligated to use your personal information
only to perform services for us. Also, accessing our Service from a third party social platform,
such as Facebook, means we may share non-personal information with that platform to the
extent permitted by your agreement with it and its privacy settings.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
Information Shared with Other Users
When you register as a user of Dramler, your Dramler profile will be viewable by other users of
the Service. Other users (and in the case of any sharing features available on Dramler, the
individuals or apps with whom a Dramler user may choose to share you with) will be able to
view information you have provided to us directly or through Facebook, such as your Facebook
profile picture, name, any additional photos you upload, the Drams and Dram comments you
have posted or liked, and the labels you earned. Also, if you submit content in a public forum or
social media post, or use a similar feature on the Dramler app, that content is publicly visible.
Safety and Compliance with Law
We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement or governmental authorities, or
authorized third parties, if and to the extent we are required to do so by law or if such
disclosure is reasonably necessary: (i) to comply with legal process and to respond to claims
asserted against us, (ii) to respond to verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or
alleged or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other
of our users to legal liability, (iii) to enforce and administer other agreements with Members,
(iv) for fraud investigation and prevention, risk assessment, customer support, product
development and debugging purposes, or (v) to protect the rights, property or personal safety
of ST6, its employees, its Members, or members of the public.
We will attempt to notify Members about these requests unless: (i) providing notice is
prohibited by the legal process itself, by court order we receive, or by applicable law, or (ii) we
believe that providing notice would be futile, ineffective, create a risk of injury or bodily harm to
an individual or group, or create or increase a risk of fraud upon ST6’s property, its Members
and the Platform (collectively, “Risk Scenarios”). In instances where we comply with legal
requests without notice for these reasons, we will attempt to notify that Member about the
request after the fact if we determine in good faith that we are no longer legally prohibited from
doing so and that no Risk Scenarios apply.
4. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as
permitted by applicable legal requirements. If you close your account, we will retain certain
data for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, take
actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Service or our users, or take other
actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been
provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be
subject to those third parties’ policies.
5. Your choices about collection and use of your information
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being
unable to use certain features of our Service because such information may be required in
order for you to register as user; share a Dram to a social platform; take a picture; etc.
Our Service may also deliver notifications to your phone or mobile device. You can disable
these notifications by going into “App Settings” on the app or by changing the settings on your
mobile device.
6. How we protect your personal information
We take security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized
access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we
take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your
personal information, or other communications will always remain secure. Users should also
take care with how they handle and disclose their personal information and should avoid

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and
administrative issues, such as security breaches. We may post a notice on our Service if a
security breach occurs. We may also send an email to you at the email address you have

7. Information you provide about yourself while using our Service
We provide areas on our Service where you can post information about yourself and others and
communicate with others. Also, whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on
publicly-viewable pages, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and
used by others. For example, if you post your email address, you may receive unsolicited
messages. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the
information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with

8. Childrens privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or
knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not
directed at children under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected
personal information from a child under age 18 without parental consent, we will delete that
